Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order please contact us as soon as you can and we will do everything to accommodate for this, however if your order has already been processed we will not be able to make any further changes.

How do I make a return?
If you need to return an item please contact us at info@minimaa.com.au with your order number, reason for return and whether you would like to exchange the item or would like a refund. We will then be in contact to process this for you.

Do we offer gift vouchers?
Yes we sure do! Please search 'Gift Vouchers' on our website and follow the prompts to purchase.

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. These include: Visa, mastercard, American express, after pay, pay pal, shop pay, apple pay, and google pay.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email.  Please refer to our 'Shipping & Delivery' tab for estimated delivery times.

How do I care for my pieces?
Swimwear:
Caring for your swimwear is essential. Below are a couple of do's and dont's to follow.
Do: Cold machine wash, rinse in cold water using mild detergent, air dry in the shade.
Do not: Bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
Some sunscreens and lotions may leave a mark on you swimwear, so please be cautious when using.
Clothing:
Gentle cold machine wash with similar colours.
Line dry in the shade.
Do not twist/ wring out.
Warm iron on reverse side.
Dry cleanable.
