RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your new pieces & be 100% happy with your order! With that in mind please see our policy below.
Items that are in original, unworn condition including hygiene seal and tags, will be eligible for an exchange or a refund. Please do not remove the hygiene seal and only try swimwear on over underwear. Any pieces that have deodorant marks on them will not be eligible to be exchanged or refunded.
Please contact us via email at info@minimaa.com.au with your order number, reason for return and whether you would like to exchange the item, a store credit for 110% of your order or you would like a refund.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
- Sale items are final. These will not be eligible for a refund, however we can offer size exchanges depending on stock availability.
- Postage is to be covered by the customer for all exchanges/ refunds. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for refunds.
- All exchanges & refunds will be inspected upon return. If there is any signs of wear or deodorant marks, fake tan ect you will not be able to exchange them. They will be shipped back to you.
- For refunds please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account once processed.
Faulty Items:
We have multiple quality control procedures in place to minimise faulty products but of course a few may make their way through. If your item is faulty please contact us via email at info@minimaa.com.au so we can resolve this for you (please include photos).
Once the item is deemed faulty you will be sent a replacement. Refunds are only eligible if the original item is out of stock.
